【禁止事項・AIの教師データ、学習データへの使用について】当項目は以下の具体的行為を指します。・オプトアウトせず、納品物を投稿すること(例：Xのgrokについて「公開データに加えて、GrokおよびxAIでのやり取り、インプット、結果をトレーニングと調整に利用することを許可します」の項目にチェックを入れたままにすること)・生成AIかどうかを問わず、AIサービスに納品物をアップロードし、読み込ませること(例：ChatGPTやgrokに納品物をアップロードすること)

一度ご相談ください

  • 納品したイラストそのものの無償/有償配布、販売を希望する時

  • 申告用途外での使用を希望する時

  • 改変を希望する時

  • 色味の変更、差し替え(赤い部分を全て青に差し替える加工など)を希望する時

  • ご依頼者様以外の方が納品物を使用する時(コラボ配信など)

  • 良識的な範疇での加工(トリミング、カラーフィルター等を用いた全体的な色加工)

  • クレジットなしでの使用

Terms of Service

Do not do that;

  • self-created statements

  • unauthorized reproduction

  • use as AI training and learning

  • use with turning on grok

  • use in violation of public order and morals

  • use for religious or political purposes

  • use of deliverables for purposes other than those declared

  • unauthorized modification

  • unauthorized modification of the original

【About do not use AI training and learning】This item refers to the following specific actions- Posting deliverables without opting out (e.g., leaving the “I give permission for Grok and xAI to use my interactions, inputs, and results for training and adjustments in addition to public data” box checked for X's grok).- Uploading and loading deliverables to AI services, whether generated AI or not (e.g., uploading deliverables to ChatGPT or grok).

Please ask me before use

  • when you hope to distribute or resell the delivered illustrations for free or for a fee

  • when you hope to use the illustrations for purposes other than the declared use

  • when you hope to alter the illustrations

  • when you hope to change or replace colors (ex : replace red parts with blue)

  • when someone other than the client uses the deliverables (e.g. collaborative streaming)
